Your business is doing well. So what is keeping it from growing?

When was your last real vacation? Your last fully disconnected weekend, with the people who matter? Your last Sunday evening without thinking about Monday?
This is not a motivation problem, nor a personal organization problem. It is a structure problem. And it can be fixed.
I am Cindy Racat, Online Business Manager. My job: bringing order back to your internal organization, so that everything no longer rests on you.
In practice, I refocus your organization on what matters, coordinate your teams and contractors, set up the right tools and manage the automation of the repetitive tasks eating up your days.
The goal is simple and measurable: give you back at least one full day a week.
My guiding principle fits in one sentence: the right task, done by the right person, at the right time. So you can reclaim your place as a leader and grow your business.
Business owner, freelancer, coach or trainer: if your business rests entirely on you, here is what I take off your plate.
A full assessment of your organization, clarified priorities, documented processes. Every recurring task has a written method anyone can pick up. Your business stops depending on your memory.
What you gain: less mental load, an organization that holds without you.
I become the point of contact for your employees, freelancers and contractors: briefs, follow-ups, reminders, deadlines. You stop chasing people, you simply approve.
What you gain: days without chasing anyone, projects that move forward.
Invoicing, client onboarding, reminders, reporting, publishing: I identify what can be automated and organize the setup, myself or with the right specialist. These tasks now run on their own, even when you are elsewhere.
What you gain: hours given back every week, for good.
Every engagement is quoted individually, based on your actual needs. Three levels of support to set the dial.
Lay the foundations
For the business owner who needs to come up for air. A complete assessment of your organization, clarified priorities, first documented processes and first automations on what costs you the most time. The ideal starting point to breathe again.
Delegate operations
For the owner ready to hand over their operations. Everything in Élan, plus ongoing coordination of your teams and contractors, day-to-day tool management and progressive automation of your recurring tasks. This is where the day a week is won.
Operations that run without you
For the growing business. Full operational management: your organization documented end to end, your teams coordinated, your indicators tracked, and you, focused solely on strategy and growth.
Every engagement starts with an assessment. It determines the right package, the exact scope and the quote. No imposed plan: we start with what relieves you most, and the support evolves at your pace.
An assessment of your organization, clarified priorities, the superfluous removed. We start again from a healthy base.
The right tools, connected to each other, adapted to the way you work. Not one more app: the right ecosystem.
Documented processes, automated repetitive tasks, follow-up that runs without you. Your business stops depending on your memory.
You get back time and energy for what only you can do: growing your business.
The goal: at least one full day a week, back in your hands.
Trust cannot be decreed. Here is what mine is built on: a demanding background, a structured method, and a way of working with no gray areas.
Before becoming an Online Business Manager, I worked in environments where mistakes are not forgiven: hospitality, legal, medical. Sectors where every file, every deadline, every detail counts.
That is where I learned rigor, confidentiality, anticipation, and the reflex of building systems that hold even when everything speeds up.
I do not simply "lend a hand": I run a framework. The RISE method structures every engagement in four steps, with a clear starting point, the assessment of your organization, and a measurable goal: at least one full day a week, recovered.
You know at any moment where we stand, what has been done, and what comes next. Exactly what you expect from a right hand.
Every collaboration starts with an honest assessment: what I can improve, how long it will take, and what is not mine to handle. Then: priorities validated together, concrete deliverables, regular check-ins, total confidentiality.
You remain the decision-maker. My role is to leave you with fewer and fewer operational decisions to make.
A call of 30 minutes at most is enough to identify what costs you the most time. I then study your situation and send you a personalized follow-up within 7 to 10 days: a real, prepared diagnosis, not an improvised answer.

So you might as well know who I am. My name is Cindy Racat, I am an Online Business Manager, and my job is to make sure your business no longer rests solely on you.
I first worked in hospitality, legal and medical. Three very different worlds with one thing in common: zero room for error. An incomplete file, a missed deadline, an overlooked detail, and the consequences are immediate.
Those years taught me three things. Organization is not a matter of willpower but of systems: when everything rests on one person's memory, everything eventually cracks. Confidentiality and reliability are non-negotiable. And the person at the center, patient, client or business owner, deserves a simpler life.
Throughout those experiences, one thing always struck me: how much time brilliant professionals lose on repetitive tasks. I became passionate about automation and no-code tools: connecting tools to each other, building systems that work on their own, documenting so that nothing depends on a single head.
In fact, I first went solo as a virtual assistant. A profession I know from the inside and deeply respect. Above all, that experience showed me where my real value was: not executing tasks one by one, but building the systems that make them automatic, and steering the whole.
My career change became obvious: the OBM profession combined exactly my two strengths, the rigor of demanding environments and the power of automation, in the service of overwhelmed business owners.
From chaos to growth, there is often just one organization to rebuild.
I work mostly remotely, in English and in French. My role is to build a backstage that runs, not to occupy a chair in your office. Based in Haute-Savoie, France, I remain available for occasional in-person meetings when useful: a weekly meeting, a team check-in, a project kick-off.
You remain the decision-maker, I take care of the rest. And everything related to your business stays strictly confidential, a reflex I owe to my years in legal and medical.
Because I know what it is to carry a lot. I did not learn rigor from books: I lived it in professions where you hold the helm for others. I do not promise miracles. I promise a clearer organization, days less filled with tasks that do not deserve your time, and at least one full day a week returned to what matters: your vision, your clients, your life.
I answer from experience: I started out as a virtual assistant myself before becoming an OBM, and it is a profession I deeply respect. An assistant executes the tasks you delegate, one by one: precious, but you are still the one steering. As an OBM, I take over the steering itself: I structure your organization, coordinate people, build the systems and automations. You no longer hand out work, you approve results. The two roles are actually complementary: I can coordinate your assistant.
A consultant analyzes and recommends, then leaves the implementation to you. I do both: the assessment AND the execution. Processes documented, tools installed, automations up and running. You do not receive a report, you receive an organization that runs.
With a free discovery call of 30 minutes at most: we identify what costs you the most time. I then take the time to study what we discussed, and send you a personalized follow-up within 7 to 10 days. If we continue, I carry out a complete assessment of your organization, then propose a precise scope and a clear quote. The engagement then follows the RISE method: Refine, Integrate, Systemize, Elevate. You see results within the first weeks.
Every engagement is quoted individually, because everything depends on your organization and the scope entrusted. The three packages, Élan, Essor and Envol, give a sense of the level of support. What is certain: no imposed plan, and a quote established only after the assessment, never before knowing what you actually need. We often start with a narrow scope: you see concretely what changes, then we broaden it if you wish. And if the collaboration settles into the long term, it is because it gives you back time every month, never because a contract forces you to.
Catch yourself thinking "I need more hours in a day", "I should clone myself" or "it will be faster if I do it myself"? That is the sign. Book your free discovery call: in 30 minutes at most, often less, we review your organization and identify what costs you the most time. I then study your situation and send you a personalized follow-up within 7 to 10 days. Even if we do not work together afterwards.
